After Hours Meeting – Swap Meet/Sale

Got a bunch of stuff in your studio you are not using, why not bring it and swap with someone who has something you would use. Or do you just have stuff to sell? Bring it, maybe someone will have a good home for it. Got backdrops you are tired of, they are a great thing to swap. So look through your stuff and see what you might want to swap and or sell, then head out to our February After Hours.

Annual Awards Banquet

Yes, we are starting the planning for our 2012 Awards Banquet. Last years has had so much talk about how good it was. We will be planning something as good, but hopefully even better. More door prizes! Come celebrate as we award the Photographer Of The Year, Member Of The Year and the Presidents Award. Enjoy some great food, mingle with fellow photographers and have a great evening! Don’t miss this, those who missed last year were pretty bummed!

PLEASE NOTE OUR CHANGE OF LOCATION FOR THIS EVENT

It’s our first print competition, so get those images ready! Last years print competitions were really fun and educational. We are sure if you asked anyone from last year, everyone learned a lot. The prints were absolutely wonderful from everyone!So come on and enter your prints! For our first print competition we will be holding it at Newspace Center For Photography in SE Portland. Come join us and have a great evening of competition and learning.

January After Hours

What better way to start off the new year than with another Round Table Event. Last years event was fabulous and well attended! We hope this year will be equally attended or better. Modeled after the wildly successful After Dark education this is PMPA’s version. Four tables and you can stay at one or go between all four, come and learn, ask questions and have some fun! Don’t forget to bring one print and have our print competition team help you understand how it might do in a print competition.

Holiday Awards Banquet

The holidays are upon us and that means our Annual Awards Banquet can’t be far away. This year we will gather at the Bridgeport Brew Pub, downtown Portland for a terrific evening to network and share stories with old friends and make some new friends as well!

Magician Rudy Tinoco will be amazing us with his slight of hand
throughout the evening.

There is no gift exchange this year, this is an Awards Banquet.

If you’ve just joined or haven’t competed in print competitions… the Awards time is just the icing on the cake. You’ll enjoy a terrific social time with get to know old and new members even better over a terrific dinner! See you there!
