On Location, The Gorge

A HANDS-ON, daylong workshop in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge, led by Tamara Kaufman and Michael Peterson. Learn to master difficult lighting at two of the Gorgeʼs special locations with two of the areas top portrait photographers.
This is a Professional Photographers of America www.ppa.com approved Continuing Education Workshop. PPA members who attend earn a PPA Service Merit.
Begin the day at Tamaraʼs newly built Studio in Husum, Washington. Then head outdoors to Husum Falls, Later Weʼll stop back at the studio for a break with food and drinks, then head off Catherine Creek, which has an amazing view of the Columbia River Gorge.

The day will include presentations on composition, posing, lens selectionchoosing your equipment, connecting with your clients, working in outdoor settings, and much more.

Bring your equipment. Weʼll supply the models.Shoot, stay, play, eat, and enjoy the golden hour of sunset thatʼs so special in the Columbia Gorge!
